Location: Hinton Rural Life Center – Hayesville, North Carolina
Position: Part-Time, Flexible Schedule (Evenings & Weekends)

About the Role

Hinton Rural Life Center is seeking a dedicated and caring Guest Services Team Member to help create a welcoming and meaningful experience for every guest who visits our campus. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and finds fulfillment in serving others through hospitality.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out

  • Respond to guest inquiries and ensure their needs are met

  • Manage the campus gift shop

  • Support amenities, grounds, and hospitality areas

  • Be on-call during guest stays (some evenings/weekends)

What We’re Looking For

  • Friendly and communicative personality

  • Dependable, with a positive “can-do” attitude

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to solve problems independently

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
