The community is invited to Hinton Rural Life Center’s annual Easter Sunrise Service at 7am on March 31. This year the service will be held in Hinton’s Chapel, just a short walk from the parking lot. The Chapel features a stunning view of Lake Chatuge and the mountains. A light breakfast will be available in the Lodge Dining Room, following the service; donations appreciated. The Easter Sunrise Service is hosted by Hinton Center and Oak Forest, Hickory Stand, and First Hayesville United Methodist churches. Hinton is located at 2330 Hinton Center Road, Hayesville, NC.
