Mission Outreach: Home Evaluator

PART-TIME HOME EVALUATOR: This position works with our Safe and Healthy Homes program to help improve the quality of homes in our community. The Home Evaluator will evaluate homes using our Safe and Healthy Homes checklist and/or HUD and Healthy Opportunities Pilot (HOP) evaluation tool, as directed, to determine circumstances that may impact the health and safety of a home’s occupants. In addition to inspections, this individual will also coordinate with contractors to provide needed services. This individual may help oversee worksite volunteers to ensure quality of work, providing guidance as needed. EOE. Drug-Free Workplace.
