Service Ministry Leader (SML)
Seeking young adult leaders for summer missions who are passionate about living out their faith, building relationships with others, mentoring youth, leading teams on home repair worksites, and facilitating programs and activities with youth and adults. This is a summer position, beginning with training on May 18 and going through August 6, 2021. Service Ministry Leaders are required to live on Hinton’s campus (in separate accommodations from the mission teams) throughout the summer program. Housing and most meals are provided. Staff training will likely begin with an online component. Please note: If you are unable to work the final week, arrangements can be made.

Field Manager
Field Manager of the Summer Missions Outreach Program assists Construction Ministry Coordinator in
overseeing and coordinating all worksite activities during Hinton’s Summer Mission Outreach Program. Field Manager manages supplies and tools for many different projects, as well as coaches and teaches Service Ministry Leaders (SMLs) in basic construction skills and worksite management skills. Field Manager works to improve the organization of the different worksites and to enable ministry partners* to accomplish the tasks at hand with success. Field Manager empowers SMLs to be passionate, hardworking,
motivated, enthusiastic, organized, cohesive, and Christ centered. This position is a summer position,
beginning with training on May 18 (some will likely be virtual) and going through August 6, 2021. Field Managers are required to live on campus (separate accommodations from the mission teams) throughout the summer program. Housing and most meals are provided.
