FULL-TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT: Hinton Rural Life Center is seeking a full-time administrative assistant to support our retreat and conference center. Candidates must be independent, self-starters, with excellent communication skills (written and verbal), Microsoft Office Suite knowledge, and previous administrative assistant experience. Job duties include: maintaining office equipment & supplies, efficiently using multiline phone, lodging and event reservations, accounts payable processing, filing, mail handling, maintaining calendars, and supporting the director of operations and CEO with projects. This position is an hourly, non-exempt position. Hours can vary, customary 8:00am – 4:30pm and can include holidays. Minimum hourly rate of $16.50 (based upon experience).
