Our Boomers on Outreach Mission ministry for adults 60 and older launches this fall. (But, we’re not checking IDs!) The September 8-12 BOOM week replicates the Summer Mission Outreach experience we offer youth mission teams, featuring worship, poverty awareness activities, staff-camper challenges, Appalachian Culture Night, and three days serving the local Appalachian community through Hinton’s Safe & Healthy Home Repair and firewood ministries. Cost: $395/person (2 adults/room) or $420 (single). Includes 11 meals, materials, programming. Add an extra night for $35. Commuter rate ($315) available for local residents. Click HERE for a flyer.
